Megan has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and brings over 25 years of experience across University, Government and Corporate environments.

Megan leads SPA’s Business Partners, Learning & Development function and Internal Trainers, working in close partnership with Operational leaders to develop practical people-centred learning and workforce strategies. At SPA, our people are our greatest asset and Megan ensures this is reflected through a strong focus on workforce development, industrial relations, leadership and employee engagement.

With a clear outcomes-based approach, Megan supports the business to achieve its strategic objectives while building long-term workforce capability and stainability.
