Trainees, Graduates and Apprentices
SPA is committed to developing the next generation of leaders. These exciting opportunities provide a career pathway for recent school leavers and graduates who have recently completed or who are close to completing study in a relevant field to start their career in the Civil Construction industry.
The three streams provided by SPA include:
Cert III – Civil Construction Plant Operations
Cert III - Heavy Vehicle Commercial Vehicle Mechanic (Diesel Fitter)
All trainees, graduates and apprentices are provided with the opportunity to work alongside industry leading teams that are supportive and provide hands on experience so that you can learn and develop your skills each day.
