Gundowring Rd Rehabilitation

Works for Indigo Shire Council rehabilitating sections of pavement in the Victorian High Country.

Due to the low winter temperatures and high rainfall at this time of the year a granular overlay to improve the shape and overall pavement thickness and a single lift stabilisation treatment was elected for these works.

Removing the need to achieve dry back on unbound granular pavement layers and the quick rate of construction takes advantage of short windows of clear dry weather and allows a primer seal to be applied prior to wet weather impacting works.
