Rehabilitation of Baker Road was an interesting project from both a design and delivery perspective that took place over a lengthy planning period.

Located in the market garden regions in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, due to the flat nature of local topography, the project required improvements within the drainage, along with pavement design to improve the resilience of the road longer term.
SPA oversaw the pavement investigation and design components prior to project managing the drainage reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation in conjunction with local contractors.
The pavement rehabilitation included additional overlay material to improvement the pavement layer thickness prior to cementitious stabilisation and a spray seal wearing course.
