Scope
Upgrading local governments unsealed road network with the use of recycled pavement materials and waste products.
1.6km section of pavement has been rehabilitated through the use of stabilisation with a slag binder and 4,000t of recycled pavement material discarded from projects across the council LGA.
Additionally the spray seal wearing course incorporating the use of waste tyres to compliment the project’s overall sustainability metrics.
